All subscription checkouts are handled securely via our verified third-party payment gateways.

Please note: Payment details are processed entirely by our secure payment provider partners. RepostOps does not store or have access to your full credit card number, security codes, or billing details.

4. Product Usage Data

We compile basic statistics about your workflow actions, including the number of tasks in your queue, connected account tags, and operational logs showing task timestamps. This allows us to sync status feeds between your browser extension and your web dashboard.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use secure session cookies and local browser storage to keep you authenticated inside the extension and dashboard. You can configure your browser to decline cookies, but please note that this will disrupt extension-to-dashboard sync.

6. How We Use Data

We utilize collected information to:

• Create and manage your workspace dashboards and team seats.
• Sync content task status logs across your Chrome extension.
• Analyze general platform performance to roll out upgrades and stability hotfixes.
• Detect and prevent spam, policy violations, or inauthentic usage.

We do not sell, trade, or lease user data to third parties. We share workspace data only with trusted infrastructure subprocessors (such as hosting and database providers, and payment processors) strictly to run our SaaS system under rigorous confidentiality agreements.

We retain account and task log data for as long as your workspace remains active. If you cancel your plan or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize all associated records from our servers within 30 days, subject to any legal tax or billing compliance obligations.
