Refund Policy

Standard Terms
“Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they are unable to access the product or if a technical issue prevents normal use and our team cannot resolve it. Refunds are not provided for policy violations, misuse, abuse, or accounts terminated for prohibited activity. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future billing.”
Technical Issue Inability
To claim a refund under the technical issue clause, you must report the issue to our support team and allow up to 72 hours for our technical crew to debug or provide a resolution path. If we determine that the issue is due to a system bug on our end and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
Subscription Cancelations
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. To avoid future billing, you must cancel your subscription prior to your monthly renewal date.
