1. Introduction

Welcome to RepostOps (accessible via repostops.xyz). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our web dashboard, helper Chrome extension, APIs, and associated workflow software services. By creating an account or subscribing to our plans, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all access and utilization of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register an account or purchase subscription seats on RepostOps. By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us and satisfy all eligibility criteria.

3. Account Registration

To utilize our workspace operations, you must register a workspace account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your workspace API keys or login tokens.

4. Subscription Billing

RepostOps operates on a subscription-based model. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. By choosing a plan (Starter, Pro, Agency), you authorize RepostOps and our secure third-party payment gateway partners to collect the designated subscription fees using your specified payment method.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard billing panel. Upon cancellation, your workspace access level will remain active on your current tier until the end of your pre-paid billing cycle, at which point it will automatically downgrade or deactivate.

6. Acceptable Use

RepostOps is a productivity utility designed exclusively for legitimate team workflow organization, content scheduling organization, and internal activity log tracking. All features (including task queue status settings, creator organization, and Chrome extension pairing keys) must be used solely to organize internal team operations and authentic creator task checklists.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use RepostOps to engage in or facilitate any activities that violate applicable laws, breach platform rules, or compromise system integrity.

Specifically, you represent and warrant that you will not use the service for:

• Generating, organizing, or coordinating fake engagement, likes, follows, or views.
• Orchestrating spam workflows, coordinated duplicate posts, or bulk commercial messages.
• Engaging in platform manipulation or attempts to artificially trend hashtags, queries, or topics.
• Selling traffic, buying/selling reposts, selling followers, or trading artificial interactions.
• Scraping private profile data, extracting restricted third-party data, or unauthorized automated crawling.
• Gaining unauthorized account access or utilizing credentials belonging to other users.
• Any illegal activity, fraudulent schemes, or intellectual property violations.
• Promoting, hosting, or distributing adult content, hateful messages, abusive campaigns, or harmful material.

8. Third-Party Platform Rules

Our dashboard helps you catalog task details. You are independently responsible for knowing and adhering to the Terms of Service, Developer Rules, and automation limits of all third-party platforms (including X/Twitter). RepostOps does not bypass, override, or alter external platform security controls. Any violation of third-party policies using our workflow tool is grounds for immediate termination of your service.

9. Product Availability

While we aim to maintain continuous server availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational status. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update configurations, roll out hotfixes, or restrict features to guarantee security and platform alignment.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and disable your workspace key at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, breached our Acceptable Use Policy, or engaged in prohibited inauthentic behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RepostOps, its founders, employees, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, social account suspensions, or service downtime) arising from your access to or use of our dashboard and Chrome extension helper.
